Can you answer Karen W’s question about Cruises?:
We usually cruise Royal and have completed 16 cruises, 45 yr olds & no children are going. Which ship is better for food, activities, & price does matter. Any good ideas of how to add an economical land portion too
We are willing to try another cruise line!

Cruises Feedback: If you want to cruise Royal, I assume your Platinum or Diamond. You can add a cruise tour to your itenirary which range from 3-5 days I believe.
If you want to spurlge, than Silver Sea is offering cruises round trip from San Francisco.
Cruises Feedback: Princess has a lot of cruises with wide variety of choices for the land portion both in the number of days and in the itinerary. Princess is a very nice line for Alaska. They bring on the first woman to win the iditorod as a guest speaker. Food and activities are very good. Princess also has the best perks for loyalty programs. I am booking people right now for 12 day cruises/tours for around $1500. each for a balcony, just to give you an example. Would love to help you find the combination that is right for you. My contact info is below as I am a cruise specialist.
Cruises Feedback: I have cruised with Royal Caribbean over 8 times. last year i decided to try a different cruise line and i was very disappointed! Princess is defiantly a DOWNGRADE, nothing like Royal. doesn’t compare.
the royal ships have a nice itinerary throughout alaska and they have the voyager class ships sailing there. i would stick with royal if that the kind of cruise you enjoy. they might be some higher end cruises sailing up there, but definitely be Alot pricier
personally i would stick with royal, i have had nothing but great experiences with them and miss them when i try a different line. sailing princess u will be disappointed.
Cruises Feedback: I have taken over 20 cruises cruise/tours to Alaska. Hands down go with Princess. Not only Travel Channel’s choice for best cruise line to Alaska but, many travel magazines. Princess puts ( & only Princess) puts you up in 5 star lodges. When booking be sure your land tour includes Denali National Park with free tour inside park & on to Fairbanks and a real stern wheeler cruise. Try to get at least 2 days at Denali. Worth every cent. From your cruise to land tour you have a choice of a train or bus. Both great ways to see more of the natural beauty of Alaska. With the bus you will make afew stops. On the train you eat on board & sit in a glass doomed car.
Too many great things to say about Alaska.
You made a GREAT choice.
Enjoy.
Cruises Feedback: Regent Cruise Line is offering some fantastic deals to Alaska. I just signed up for one. Regent is all-inclusive including drinks, meals, tips, etc. All cabins have balconies. Only 700 people on the ship.
Check their website
Now offering free shore excursions, free airfare and huge discounts on fare. I do not work for Regent cruise line. Was on one of their ship last year and loved it.
Cruises Feedback: If you are available to depart on September 12, 2009 then Princess Cruise Lines has a nice deal going right now. On this specific date, they have a seven-night Alaska cruise that takes in Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Anchorage, Glacier Bay and College Fjord. It departs from Vancouver aboard their Diamond Princess at a starting fare of just $499 per person.
Cruises Feedback: I’ve taken 3 cruises, only 1 to Alaska, and that one was on Princess. It was fantastic. The best vacation I’ve ever been on by far, the ships are so beautiful. The food is awesome as well.
